Integrating Form and Content

One definition given by Rand is, essentially, resolving the conflict between form and content. A literal perspective of such, in web design, would be giving form to the content -- in that case practically anything would be good design. To be more on the mark, the content would be a concept, e.g. what the designer has to show, whereas the form is the designer's problem. The form is the cumulative decisions and artistic abilities as expressed by the designer.

The content in the case of this site in particular would be presentable material which displays both works of Rand, and information on him to show that I did some sort of research as well as facilitate an actual presentation. The form is apparent to even non-web designers, but is obviated through the content -- especially to an experienced web designer. Under the context of a presentable, presentation-ready website, is this a good design? I sure hope so.
